After what seems to have been an extraordinary amount of time, the Teaching Council have finally published a statement criticising the government regarding the pay inequality situation. While I appreciate that the Teaching Council have no role in fixing the problem, I hope this is the start of the council in having more of an understanding as to why all their schemes can’t be rolled out.
