I thought it might be helpful to remind the Teaching Council of the definition of the word “consultation” so I looked it up in the dictionary and it said it meant “the action or process of formally consulting or discussing.” The definition did not say that the consulting or discussion would be listened to so I guess that clears up the confusion I was having in why it seemed like none of our views were been taken on board.
