Promethean Planet membership has passed the 1/2 million mark according to a press release from Promethean Ireland today, representing a doubling in membership in one year.
It’s a great site with thousands of great downloads so I’m not surprised that so many people have joined it. It’s got loads of “premium” content from fairly big names too including DK. Curiously, Waterford Institute are also listed. That was news to me. I’d love to know what they’ve created and why no-one’s told me!
I was wondering about this too, but it’s the Waterford Institute (www.waterford.org), not WIT. Just reading their press release now, looks like very nice software for early learning.
