A Crafty Idea
At the beginning of the spring break, I read a tweet: 57 craft bags containing over 200 crafts ready to be delivered today. Made by my beautiful colleague. Collaboration w/ local Direct Provision centre by our school staff. Our students will make amazing creations with this!
This project led by a couple of teachers sourced and made craft bags for children in Direct Provision Centres. The project was done in partnership with the staff in the centre as both teachers work in a school that has a number of families living in DP. The school prides itself on working with families and children and in partnership with other NGOs and community organisations on projects. They very kindly offered to share the ideas here for anyone who would like to help. If you have your own craft idea, why not add it here?
How to take part
